Polaroid Film

Taken with a vintage Polaroid 600 Land Camera. I have a weakness for film and love using it to produce various types of art including Polaroid Lifts and gilding the actual film. The very nature of the film brings a unique quality to every image and every Lift has its own individuality, creasing and tearing in different ways. Polaroid image of local pond on the wirral, your looking through cherry blossom towards the opposite bank. There is a small island in the center of the pond where ducks, moorhens and various other birds nest. The pond is the result of reclamation of a council tip/dump in the 80's. The pond was stocked with fish, local anglers go there to sport fish where they catch and release perch.
